How much of my time does this take?
About 3–4 hours in total: a 20-minute Coffee Chat, a 60-minute Strategy Session, and a couple of quick feedback rounds during the 30-day build. In Co-op mode, add a short monthly review. I do the building.
What if it doesn't work?
Co-op mode is month to month after the build. If it's not earning its keep, you pause it. You keep everything we built.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Every page, lead magnet and lead list is yours, during and after.
